Original Comment I have owned my Mazda 2011 3s for three years and it has 50,000 miles on it (of course, out of warranty) Until now I have enjoyed driving it and have not had any major issues. Unfortunately, this has changed. My passenger side headlight is out. I realized that condensation appeared under the covering and am thinking that might have contributed to the issue. I took the car into the dealership and they quoted $2300.00 to replace it (including the $266.00 bulb) - WHAT? The car is only worth $10,000 according to blue book prices!! I was hoping to pass down this car to my grandson - but there is No Way that he will be able to afford the upkeep. This is insane!!! M husband just had a bulb replaced on his 2013 Toyota (including installation for $40.00) - my son replaced his jeep for $9.00 - This is highway robbery!!! I haven't yet decided what to do in this case - but, for the time being, I don't drive when headlights are needed. Please respond to this issue.....
