Been a customer for 2 years never had to many issues until the huawei phone I have started over heating as well as not working correctly<br /> I've always gone through radio shack, I have always held insurance on the phone. When I went to radio shack to replace the phone I was told my insurance covered $150 they did not have the phone so they sent me to a different location which was 35 minutes from my home. Upon arrival I was told they wouldn't replace the phone due to a crack in the cornor as well as they DIDNT carry the same phone. I was told cricket as well as radio shack wouldn't eat the cost on my phone! Mind you a phone I pay insurance for! Rudest customer service I've ever dealt w. Working in customer service I know this is not exceptionable! Top it NO ONE had a explanation as to why insurance wouldn't cover it especially after one location said pick a phone for.$150. I can see why there is nothing but negative comments when you treat valuable customers! I will never deal w radio shack as well as cricket especially when making an effort to fix a problem is the least of your concern! Ill spread the word to stay away from these companies unless you want to be treated as your business doesn't matter!
