Wall oven in brand new home doesn't work. NEW. Never worked. Frigidaire won't replace it. They claim they will get it repaired, waiting 3 weeks and Thanksgiving dinner ruined. Never saw such a bad company, irresponsible to its customers, uncaring, writing back nonsense about someone is going to get back to me in 48 hours, the people who talk to me tell me zero. There is supposed to be a part drop-shipped somewhere, but nobody knows when. Every thing you need is back-ordered, and they have no timeline on repairs. Brand new home with FOUR expensive Frigidaire Gallery appliances and they will not fix or replace defective oven. Shame on you Frigidaire, I've bought a lot of appliances and other things in my life and your company has the worst customer service and absolutely no support of your defective products. How do you stay in business when so many people are so unhappy with the junk that you sell us?
