I went into McDonalds at 5616 Memphis Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio. Like I do every morning for their breakfast. It was a good 12 minutes before the end of breakfast. I proceeded to place my order. The breakfast menu was still posted. I placed my fruit and maple oatmeal order and Iced Carmel Mocha order in and continued to place a number 9 and a number 2 with coffee from the breakfast menu. It was then when the girl said breakfast was over for the day. I reminded her that is was still approx. 7 minutes before 11, she said her manager has ended breakfast and asked me if I wanted to order something from the lunch menu. I said no and I wish to cancel my order. I was kind of upset and didn't want to continue an argument, but I should have the Manager should be held accountable for his actions in closing breakfast menu early. The big reason people go to McDonalds is not because they make the best meals but because of their consistency. McDonalds loses that and they are then no better then the compition. I don't feel I need to be compensated. I would like a letter of apology from the manager. Because its them who you rely on to keep up the McDonald tradition.
