Original Comment Last month I placed a layaway order online with you guys under contract number 80171036. I made ALL of my payments on time! Last week I paid it off in full and got the email that my order was released. Today I get an email that all of my items have been cancelled due to no stock on EVERYTHING! How can you operate a buisiness like this? How unprofessional! I did some research online and it seems this is something Kmart is being well known for this year. You advertise this wonderful layaway plan and then you ruin our Christmas by not fulfilling your agreements!!! Now I have to wait 14 days to get a refund?!?!? I need to go out now and do all of my Christmas shopping last minute. <br /> <br /> I took the liberty of attaching the link of the complaints made against Kmart because of this problem with their layaway problems, and I also have gone to the local Channel 4 news to have a report done on this and an investigation done since so many of us have been basically screwed over by Kmart. No wonder these stores are going under. I promise you lost a lot of customers out of this one. I'm making what you guys done very well known and spreading word of what Kmart has done as well as showing everybody the link of the complaints on how you guys do not properly now how to handle layaway orders.<br /> <br /> Thank you for screwing up my kids Christmas....hope nobody does it to you!
