Original Comment Had my only bad experience at sams club today Saturday 1/10/15. The lines were ridiculous 25 minutes to check out that's not the issue though we all have hard days its the attitude of the people you allow to work there. First the cashier with the shortest line, wearing a knit hat with straps, was literally the slowest cashier I've ever experienced not because she was struggling she just didnt care about her line and was taking her sweet time.i we t to member services and a nice older lady said when I asked for a manager I know the lines we are trying to get her up here. Then here she is now.i turned and immediately understood the problem with the operation that day.she was moving as slow as a person can exuding an attitude as bing as the store. She just glared at me while voiced my complain. The only word she said the whole conversation was ______-when I asked her name and um-hum when I said you are basically telling me to go blank myself. I apologize for that.She should be terminated.
