Original Comment Went this evening to the petco on 14th street Union square today01/22 @ 8:45/9:00 in the evenin for a reptile lamp and asked a female if she worked there so I can be assisted . She then nods her head no with no words with an attitude as if I asked her the wrong thing and I said sorry,you look like you work here,she being with no coat and all and still continued her attitude???what the heck!! 20 seconds later another female walks by and I asked her if she works there,very nice and customer friendly may I add,and helps . As she's helping me she said something to the girl I thaught didn't work there a question and I mentioned to the nice one what happened and she told me the first girl is off duty,so shouldn't she have left if so??instead she acted as if she didn't want to work there.do her a favor and take her out of her Missouri and let her go!!!never again unless your affiliated with pet smart.im babysitting a reptile for a friend and really needed his light to stay warm unless he'll be dead I gave your company my 31.00$$had no choice but situations like this one i experienced could have well been avoided if you didn't have people like working for you,have a great evening,hope this helps not happening again.
