I have shopped at Kohls since it previously was called &quot;Mainstreet.&quot; I tried ordering some mens pants online today. They had a sale price of $19.50. When I checked out, they were showing as $65.00. The second one would be marked down 1/2 off.<br /> After 35 minutes talking to customer service, the rep told me that some were out of stock. Those out of stocks would be B1G1F.<br /> Then..after talking to the supervisor (Employee TKB8472) she said it was an error on-line, that she would give me 30% off. So instead of getting 2 pairs of pants for $27.30 (with my personal 30% off coupon, I could get two pairs for $68.25 with her wonderful 30% discount because of my troubles. Well...... NO THANK YOU. When something is showing a price, ( mistake or not) you give that to the customer. Common customer retail courtesy!!!!! Kohls has now lost thousands in sales from me and my family. Go ahead and look me up....I'm was probably one of your BEST customers. Good bye.
