Third phone call to try and get a sim card, which I was told I needed by customer service, been a month still no sim card, call was lost afet spending 15 min with Reassa, I think her name was, so called again the gal in technical support who answered wouldn't let me talk to Ressa, since I'd given her all the information already and she was about to fix things, I would have had to spend another who know's how long giving her all my information again, I hung up and now I'm writing this, If I'm not going to recieve a new sim card I wish they would just say so, this is such poor customer service, have had good service before, what a shame these people are going to ruin your business, if it wren't for us out here they wouldn't even have a job with you, do they even realize this
