Original Comment Im very disappointed w/ netspend .. they blocked my card for no APPARENT reason and could not explain to me why! they claim it was for fraudlent charges and when i asked them about the charges they say they couldnt tell me anything and that they were closing my account and sending my money back where it came from .. i have been a customer for the past 4yrs and this is the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Not to mention when they transferred me to the fraud department the guy asked me all the security questions and then asked me some questions and clearly hung up in my face!! Im calling the corporate office first thing in the morning and I will be contacting my lawyer!
