Original Comment So my car is messed up and I called Pizza Hut on smokey park hyw in candler nc and order my pizza at 9:16 today on Monday February 23rd she took my order and said it would be a 40 min wait which I was slightly worried about because idk what time they close well 10:30 roles around and I called back, they answered the phone three times and hung up smh so I gave it ten more mins and called again, a women answered this time I asked for the manager on shift and she said it was her and I told her I'd ordered my food an hour n a half ago she sighed and asked for my address again then said they didn't have an order for that address then she said I must have called a different store to which I replied I have a cell phone n called the same number I called at 9:16 which is how I knew exactly how long it had been /=\ I'm still really irritated at the situation considering the fact that if they had just called me back with the number I gave them they could have been like hey were to backed up I'm sorry but instead they didn't call at all n by the time I realized they were not coming it was to late to get delivery from anywhere else and we had to go hungry tonight, Pizza Hut I love your pizza but because of this sloppy customer service I will no longer eat or refer your service at any occasion or time DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!!
