Original Comment I don understand what the point in having a phone in the postal service is for. You people never answer the dang phone. So here is my complaint. I supposibly received my package on March the 1st, which happens to be a Sunday. As far as I can remember I have never ever received mail on a sunday EVER. So my next step was to call my the customer service line, which says that the package was delivered. WRONG. was not. So I go through your menu and the stupid automated service says its at the nearest location, so I call them and no one answers that phone either. I don't understand how the government can pay such stupid people so much money plus benefits and you guys cant even answer the damn phone.
