Original Comment Im having a problem with FB. I am a fisherman and that means that Im away from computers and land for months on end. Consequently, I can't remember my password and my old e-mail address is no longer valid nor my phone number. All of this is associated with my FB account and FB has no help for my issues. They don't even have a live person to talk too. I have called all numbers even the one listed on this page, it directs you to another number and that number says to press 1 for customer support and then says they don't provide customer support at this time. All I want is for my wife to be able to access her FB account that she has had for many years and has lots of pics and important moments in her life posted there but without someone to help (a live person) the system won't or can't help so the only step left is a live person. If FB reads this please e-mail me at [email protected]. I am getting ready to go back to Bering sea soon very soon so if someone responds with live help please give me time to hit land again for me to respond and please don't direct me to help center questions and answers page already been and done.
