Original Comment I am a Petco employee. If anyone working with Petco who may have some type of power reads this....please tell HR to do their jobs and to stop hanging up on employees who hoping to learn more about their hours and pay. I have called several times now and I know that maybe they get busy,but hanging up on us or ignoring the call is not professional. Its only upsetting me more...I'd appreciate it if there were some effort in fixing this issue. Maybe you'd also want to create and list an email for HR to answer to since they cannot handle the high call volumes from Petco associates.
