Original Comment The customer service is the worst I've had to deal with. There is no integrity in what they say or for that matter do not say. I had a 50" that was returned in September because it was constantly shutting off and I am still getting the run around regarding my refund. What we have is my TV is in there incapable hands and they have not sent me my refund for the amount I paid for this TV. Where do you go from here they won't even tell me were my TV is as I will gladly show up with local law enforcement and demand my TV back because at this point I regard it as stolen.
