Original Comment 12-8-2015 8:15pm Called Kmart store <br /> Still on hold for 1:32:25 and counting for a price check on my receipt. Put the phone on speaker, ate dinner, did the dishes, made lunches for work, checked emails, paid bills, read news online and now writing this email to Kmart the worst store ever on Lemay Ferry Road in South St. Louis County.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> White female answered the phone asked for a check on item on my receipt that I thought was different on my receipt then what the shelf tag said, she said ok just a moment and put me on hold for 20 min. then a young male with a thick foreign accent answered told him the same thing he said &quot;ahhh yes ok diet snapple yes price yes ok one moment&quot; back on hold and counting no one ever came back on, still on hold. They finally picked up and hung up on me at 10:35pm after 2:15:45 sec. I have the call documented on my mobile phone.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I think the employees were laughing seeing how long I would stay on the line and all I did was put it on speaker phone and continued with my evening until they hung up after 2 Hours 15 minutes and 45 seconds!
