Original Comment Good Afternoon,<br /> On November 30, I placed an order and requested standard shipping. Your website indicated it would take 4 days to make the product and 3-5 for shipping. On Dec 8th, I looked at my order and it simply said &quot;In Process.&quot; I submitted a request asking for an update. I could barely understand the response, pasted below, because of the broken English. I responded asking if there was a way, this is intended as a gift, to expedite the order or the shipping. I received an equally unreadable response and am now left wondering when my purchase will be sent and arrive at my home. I can provide the order number in email if that will provide me any real information or updates. My main concern here is that the response seems to be auto generated or form response with very poor proof reading involved as both times I email, the response was almost word for word identical despite my different questions. My other concern is that because your company is busy, yes I know it is the holidays and quite busy, the expectations set at the time of order are now null and void. <br /> <br /> &quot;Thank you for contacting Snapfish Customer Support.<br /> <br /> I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
