Original Comment My granddaughter went to k mart on Military rd in Niag Falls,NY of Dec 23rd to pick up her lay a way,only to be told they had lost her $900.00 layaway. Her & my grandson both work full time & are the parents of quadruplets. That was all there Christmas presents & now 1 day before Christmas she has to try to go shopping for all the children & family after she got out of work. The manager admitted it was her fault but that sure didn't help. Everything has been picked over & a lot of the items she had gotten for the 7 yr old quads couldn't be found. not to mention the stress that they endured & the disappointment on the faces of the boys not getting the items they had specifically asked for.The manager had had the nerve to offer her $25.gift card for her inconvenience.that is disgraceful.I think the corporate office should do something for this family to show that they care about the people that shop there. TY & have a Merry Christmas..
