Original Comment I used snapfish for years and was happy. Last year, they were sold. I have not been happy with them since the sale and conversion to the new website. Support is automated or outsourced outside the US. I put a question on their chat box and my answer was not related to my question. It was as if they picked out 1 or 2 key words and used the best answer.
