Original Comment I work for a company that services certain items sold at Sam's Club. That makes me a vendor there. As a vendor I am required to sign the vendor log book every time I am in the store. For some reason they keep this log book put away under the service desk where an employee has to get it for me. Usually it is not a big problem and I can get the book pretty quick so that I can sign and be on my way. I have other stops to service. sometimes, though I will stand there for 10 minutes without getting the book and just leave without signing it. I am not about to wait in the customer service line when I have other stops to do and a very short schedule.<br /> <br /> The remedy to this whole situation would be for the log book to be left on the counter in the same spot every day so that myself and other vendors could sign it without troubling the customer service clerks and without having to waste our time waiting.
