Original Comment Steam is coming out of the ears!I shopped at my local Kmart on 9/22/16. I wanted to return an unopened set of sheets. When I went to do the return which was less than 30 days from the purchase date, the cashier told me the corporate systems were down and that I couldn't return them - that I would have to come back another time. At the time, I was unaware that you couldn't return anything after 30 days. I just went back yesterday, 10/26/16 and was told that I couldn't return them at all, even for store credit.The local manager was extremely rude and told me she didn't think their systems ever went down - basically that I was making the story up even though the cashier called the main headquarters the first time I was there to double check. Why would I make that up and make two trips to make this return? The receipt doesn't state no returns after 30 days nor is it posted the the store.I have always been a loyal Kmart customer but they lost my business yesterday for good.
