Original Comment I tried to use the Chat Line because my telephone was not working. I continued to get a short beep whenever I picked up the phone. The chat rep continually said that she was unable to help me and to contact the 24/7 line. I did not have any way of contacting anyone nor did I have a cell phone at the time. Meanwhile my phone was not working. Are there solution put in place for situation such as mine. I could have had an emergency. What is a person suppose to do when they have no way of communicating except through their telephone carrier.
