I purchased my XT2 LX42EFI (SN 1B147H10188) on 6/18/2018. I love the mower so far, but I do have a complaint. I went to remove the blades to sharpen them, and they have been installed so tight that I could not remove the bolts even with a 2 ft. extension bar on the socket! The dealer told me that the blades were installed at the factory, so I am advising you. This required that I have the dealer pick up the mower and remove the blades and return it to me and I was charged $50 for this service. I have previously owned Snapper and Craftsman mowers and I never had a problem removing the blades with these mowers. The right thing for you to do would be to reimburse me $50 as this should not have happened. Secondly, you should instruct your assembly department to not use impact wrenches to put the blades on, and to use torque wrenches and torque the bolts as specified in your manual.<br /> If you decide to reimburse me, my address is 1215 Lizzie Lane, Salisbury, NC 28147 If reimbursed, I will post this on here so others will know you treated your customer fairly.
