Original Comment I bought a tv online threw walmart .com.When it was delivered the svreen was smashed.I took it to the Conroe Texas Walmart after doing a return online.They treated my husband and I like dirt.Never did we speak to a manager that i know of but the security guard there said he was both a manager and a security guard .They told us ppl wete bringing exspensive t.v back afyer they broke them to get cash back on them.I told them I didnt want cash i wanted a t.v.They sent us to look at the t.v then about 15 min later this security gaurd/ manager comes and gets us and says we have issues come to the front.Mind you I showed them my online reciept the numbers matched up on the t.v to the box it came in.He then put the t.v on a cart and told us to leave.I asked him for his name he refused to give it.Im not stopping untill he is fired I will be talking to an attorney.My husband is disabled and had to help me a 56 year old women place the t.v back in my vehicle.Walmart should be ashamed of employees like this.They tryed to degrade paying customers thats sad if you keep them folks there shame on you walmart
