Original Comment I would never buy another f your appliances again. You have the worst service department in the world. I was put on hold for 2 hours by your animated answering service. Then when I finally do get a person to talk to she didn't know or really try to help. I can understand why you are getting such terrible responses and review from people. The dryer I bought is a waste to me. I am told that when the temperature of the dryer reaches 107 degrees it shuts off. Well I live in Mesa, Arizona when the repairman was talking to the guy from Frigidaire he told him where the dryer was it was all ready 100degrees would that have an effect on the dryer and he was told probably does. My question is why don't you people honor and try to fix the situation. The dryer does me no good. You have to dry everything 2,3 and maybe4 times before the delicates even get dry. The only time the dryer works is on bulk. My elec. and gas bill is doubled and some of my close are ruined. This is ridiculous!
