Original Comment It is evident the lab techs only take patients with appt. There was a waiting room with 4 people . One lab tech was doing her job. The other lab tech went to the breakroom and never came back out. She didn't go in the breakroom for lunch because they were closing in 15 minutes for lunch. I took my daughter to get a simple blood test, waited over an hour. While sitting there, I noticed the chair to draw blood sat empty for 5-6 minutes until the next appt. showed up, no walk-ins were called back. I walked out. Horrible customer care!
