I purchased a Frigidaire Freezer in May 2020. In September the freezer stopped freezer. Finally got a repairman in October. Had to order new parts, so another wait and no freezer. Parts replaced and after a couple of weeks, freezer stopped freezing--another lose of food and moving what didn't ruin to a rented freezer. Now third person to look at. Guess what new parts needed-wait time hopefully only two weeks. Then set up appointment to replace and see if the freezer will even work this time. Close to the holidays, no freezer. Wait time on phone line is usually 45 minutes, then switch to another person. I need a new freezer, not a rebuilt taking a chance Freezer. This has been a nightmare. I am very disappointed to say the least in the customer service of Frigidaire-they used to be a good company.
