I purchased a black refrigerator April 09 2020 from Home Depot model# FFTR1835Vb0. I have called Frigidaire 4 times complaining about the freezer over freezing. The meats are freezer burned and when we open the freezer is like we are in the Arctic. The freezer is not overfill the first technician defrosted some tubing in the back and said is fine. The noice started again and more arts smoke .2nd time same technician basically did the same thing and said don't call him again. 3rd call different technician said to keep the freezer basically empty for it to stop over freezing. Problem continues but I unable to call due to covid in my household. Safe to allow any repair or resolution to this problem. I called and try to see if I could just upgrade to a proper working fridge and the could have this one back. They said I would have have yet another <br /> Technician come out to look at it. My question is are you guys waiting for the year to pass so you don't have to responsible for this piece of crap. No one should have keep defrosting the freezer to preserve their food.
