I called Ace Hardware in Lantana Florida today which I'm a local for a long time and it have been in many times.<br /> Today, I was delighted to speak with the store manager Heather she was so great with customer service on the phone she needs to be recognized I looked online for certain things and I'm helping my friend with this townhouse.<br /> I called her back and I asked her for specific items if she could have them ready for my friend who has special needs and she was absolutely caring and amazing and extremely efficient. Please recognize her as caring kind and extremely professional.
