Original Comment I need help I purchased a rheem hot water heater on Oct.21 2020 from home depot in Jackson, MS. on Nov. 22, 2020 the hot water stop heating water I had a neighbor to come out to relite the heater it went back out the neighbor came lite the tank again it went out again he suggested that I call scott petroleum gas company in Lexington they could not come out until Wed. Nov.25, 2020 I was told the thermo- cuplet was gone out. I've been calling the 1-866)279-4566 since the 25th of Nov. and have not received the part yet I've been out of hot water for 2 week I will be reporting this to the better business bureau. Every time I call the customers service agent in parts say the part be shipped out. Somebody is lying and I don't have any hot water.
