Original Comment I work for 3069 i was doing a 40 hr schedule, hire as part time.because of the extremely cut hours it has force me to seek out a second employment.i have been forced to get up at 4am and only work until 8am. Not only that!my schedule tells me that i am off for 4 days straight.and alot of times i work (one day on )(and one day off) one day on and one day off splitting my days off, no one can function like that. I was told that Walmart is not giving them money in Order to give hours. I am 61 with a car and an apartment how can I survive I came in at $16 and $0.15 someone is in my business trying to keep me at their level when now I can't even afford to pay my rent and my car insurance.there has been so much drama at my site I wish corporate would check their computers system concerning my site...and employees complaints against staff, people I really really being mistreated<br /> The problem is with Moe, Larry and Curly. Moe, Larry and Curly needs to be switched out !! too comfortable,and been getting away with it.just to make themselfs look good infront of their superiors they don't care who they hurt people like me. They only pretend to care , and that's real talk! !!!! what happened to when people care about the company that they work for? No one should be getting up out of there bed at 4am-8am I wear big panties and I have big responsibilities..Oh oh here's a good one? when voicing your opinion you are being argumentative don't talk back I was told. i wonder to myself does anyone follow up. With these complaints that are being put into the system by the employees. People are afraid to talk because the fear of losing their jobs you say there's no retaliation.There is first it's mess with your schedule then it's splitting your days like crazy and making you get up to work for 4 hours and off for 4 days in a row and you say no retaliation who makes the schedule department head or HR they're still all in cahoots thank you for listening
