Original Comment Put my account on hold. I called a week or two weeks before Dec. I asked if it was put on hold and if I'm going to get charged for anything. They told me it was put on hold and I'm not going to get charged for anything. Got charged December 1st. I called the gym that supposedly put it on hold. They said it was put on hold and the amount I got charged can "go towards January". I asked again, is my account on hold. They said it was. Fast forward to December 12, I get charged a annual fee! The gyms have not been opened for a year. So why are they taking advantage of the pandemic situation. Luckily I was able to cancel my gym. SMH.
