Original Comment As a reputable company I'm sure you stand behind your product. I have a LG refrigerator that is five years old and the compressor went out. I was not able to get service for two months because either technicians were not qualified who were recommended by your company or they were concerned about doing the replacement and having the same problem occur. I would like to receive compensation for my spoiled food my repair cost And I preferred to do this without being as part of a lawsuit against your company because I do not prefer to take legal action I simply want compensation for $400 of spoiled food $200 repair cost and probably estimate $500 for the unused time for this refrigerator. I know you stand behind your product and say they will last up to 20 years. I'm confident you would be willing to do the right thing. Please contact me So we can resolve this issue.
