Original Comment Today at the HEB in Port Arthur my mom and myself were walking out of the store and apparently I was not going in the direction that at HEB employee wanted me to , they had carts in the middle and a opening on each side. I tried to go left because we were parked to the left. so she grabbed my arm and turned me in another direction. To me that is not acceptable for someone who you do not know to grab your arm like that.
