Last week when H&amp;#8209;E&amp;#8209;B rescinded the face mask customer requirement, I called the corporate office customer service phone and was told that H&amp;#8209;E&amp;#8209;B indeed was not requiring face masks. I complained that this is not a good idea! So, I have started using a different grocery store chain. <br /> After seeing in the Waco Channel 10 news app that H&amp;#8209;E&amp;#8209;B is indeed requiring face mask of employees, vendors and customers, I again called to verify the actual rules/mandate or wherever they're calling this now. The young woman said the policing had not changed the face masks are required of vendors, employees and customers. I told her that's not she said last week. Th be sure I asked her to clarify, masks are required of customers? Yes but the policy had not changed. I said but it had. She herself had told me they'd were not required... She hung up on me. That's certainly not good customer service. I was never rude, just firm and questioning to clarify.
