Original Comment While shopping in an H-E-B in Kyle Texas they were customers without masks on. When I asked a manager about it he said they offered masks at the front door but there is no way to make them wear them I can't believe that H-E-B has changed their rules regarding this. As far as I know as a private business you are allowed to require or not require masks. So, not requiring masks is unsafe for all of your other customers and workers alike.
