Original Comment We went to chili's in Redlands ca horrible experience we waited about 50 minutes to be seated when we were told 30 then waited another hour to get our food we were served appetizers with no utensils to eat with my daughter water had floaters .we ask for chips and salsa never got them but were charged for them .not to mention my husband and daughter ordered a Cesar salad and were given ice berg lettuce asked it to be fixed and they brought out the same salad again and then told us that a Cesar salad is ice berg with right on your web site it says Cesar is made with romaine lettuce .then has to ask for drink refills.and when the food arrived the guy just dropped the appetizer in the middle of the table and then dropped a hand full of straws and walked away very poor customer service if I ever go to chili's again which u normal went often I would have to drive to another city cause this location is horrible I would love for someone to contact me when I call corporate all I get is a recording that they are unavailable
