Original Comment I am not a boost mobile customer. My husband is. I bought him a phone for his bday and it came later than expected. As told by a boost mobile rep. O sent phone back<br /> Unopened to Boost mobile via fed ex. June 17 I sent phone back. I have called at least 15 times and have received different information about the status of my refund. Yesterday I was told it has 2 months and there is no information in her system pertaining to my order number. That is the first time I have been told that the order didn't exist. I have a receipt before my payment. And I would like to be refunded. I begged to speak tona representative but since I am not an account holder with boost mobile. She refused. I want my money back!!!!!!! Boost mobile has their phone. Refund my money!!!!!!!! This is called stealing.
