Original Comment I took my car to Jeep on Alameda & Havana on July 19 2021 to get my oil changed to my car home and later that day noticed it was leaking I called the Service Manager and left a voicemail he never returned my call the next day I took my car back I talk with the manager and they fixed the problem. Two days agp I noticed I had a 16 inch doughnut tire in my trunk that could not be! I had a 17 inch spare tire in my trunk prior Im not sure if because Im a woman they thought I would not eventually notice the change or they were mad because of the mess up with the oil change. Long story short Jeep has a thief in their mixed on Havana & Alameda Im a very unhappy customer we as a people work for our money and never expect someone would ramble through our cars and start replacing items. This is suppose to be a company with a reputation of great service but now I am not so sure. Now my money has to be spent replacing rim and tire.3
