Just returned home from H&amp;#8209;E&amp;#8209;B in Hewitt, Tx. Terrible service in the deli department. Four employees behind the counter, 2 having a conversation, 1 waiting on a customer (who had come to the counter AFTER me) and another who looked at me, took off his gloves and walked away. When one of the pair that had been talking walked past me without acknowledging me, I asked her for help. &quot;What do you want?&quot; Was her reply. She sliced my lunch meat and set it on the counter with a &quot;There you go&quot;. <br /> Later, On the phone call with the deli manager I explained my experience and his comment was &quot;OK?&quot; I explained to him that his response should have been &quot; I'm sorry that happened.&quot; Apparently the attitude starts with the manager and trickles down. I think I'll be shopping somewhere else now. I'm NOT paying extra for attitude!!!
