Original Comment I am so upset I meant to say I can't workout I gave them a doctor notice stating I couldn't workout. I broke my right arm and right ankle from a motorcycle accident. Last year I found out in may 2021 I wasn't able to continue to workout my bones in my arm wasn't healing and my right ankle rods and screws was broken. I gave La fitness what I was told to bring so they can stop billing for personal trainer. Today 10/28/2021 they billed me for a $135 still even tho I can't workout and told me the letter I gave them in August have to be by a MD not a PHD also it must say permanent disable even tho I am laying up with a cast they took a bone from my hip to put down on the bone in my right bottom leg that didn't grow back. I just had the surgery on 10/15/201. This is so crazy and so desperate on their behalf. I don't have no one else to contact. The personal trainer that had me sign up for this basically lied to me saying that if I gave them this day of break the contract. I guess I will see them.in court I don't work either didn't have no money to spare. I have to survive until next year when I able to get around.
