Original Comment I called for service. My water heater stopped lighting and had a small explosion. I was put on hold for 45 minutes then the phone disconnected. The second time I called and was on hold for an hour and someone answered the phone. The phone was on speaker and I could heard babies crying (at least 2) and a man playing with a small child. I said "hello" several times and then after about five minutes they hung up the phone. This is worse than poor service. This is an insult. This company needs to be put out of business! We should not allow such companies to exist. WARNING do not buy product manufactured by this company. Since my call, I learned from a service man that this company's water heaters are know to BLOW UP! Be very careful!!
