Original Comment I wanted to recognize the efforts of 2 Enterprise employees at Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). I booked a rental through Alamo for Fri., 10/7/22. No one was at the Alamo counter when I arrived about 1:00pm and a young man named Andrew at Enterprise said he would assist me. He promptly found me a vehicle after we both learned, much to my dismay, that Alamo had cancelled my reservation even though I had confirmed it 3 days earlier! His efforts went above and beyond in customer service. Then, as I was trying to locate my vehicle another Enterprise employee named "Candy" asked me if she could help and walked me around the parking deck until she found a very nice SUV that meet my needs for my stay. These two young people did an exceptional job and I want tio recognize their efforts.
