Original Comment I work for Sam's Club and have been trying to help a customer get a refund for shipping charges. I get the run around over and over and over. I've went through the entire chain of command and it was sent back to me, an hourly employee. How can stands behind such terrible service? I've never seen such a HORRIBLE system. I was told over and over and over " I can't help you. SO HOW CAN HELP THE CUSTOMER ???? I personally think she needs to get a LAWYER and address this through the courts.
