Original Comment Picked up a rental car Friday July 22 at Queen St office in York PA. Was told no smoking in car. Someone definitely smoked in the car. Tried calling the office Sat morning and was on hold for over an hour. I finally drove to the office. I get headaches from cigarette smoke. Of course there was no other car available and I understand that. But to be on hold for over an hour is very poor Customer Service. I would requested some kind of refund and was told I can only get a $50 credit. I think $150.00 would be more acceptable. I will have a headache in that car for a week and being on hold that long is worth something. Thank you and looking forward to your response.
