Original Comment Quest has a staffing problem. A script for diabetic testing was sent in.April. It was LOST in the system. Although I had an appointment and had the Doctors office send another Fax while I was in the Quest Southbury CT office for over 1 3/4 hours. Two other patients were taken before the THIRD technician came to draw blood. She then REFUSED to serve me because I was aggravated. You need to replace your new young staff in Southbury.
