Original Comment Very rude Manager( or assistant ?) Carmen at store#00767 3139 Forest Hill Blvd West Palm Beach Fl . Would not exchange product that broke after 1 week time even after explaining how it broke. Said can't do it even though I had receipt and it was before 30 days time frame . Said she's on break and she doesn't have time for this also said don't bother her as I was explaining how it broke. Very rude wouldn't even give her name or corporate # to call. Said to look it up .. I asked a cashier her name (hopefully it's right ). Just very rude for your store Managers.. The manager did tell me to lie and take it to another one of your stores and walked away from me.. I like shopping at your stores for some of the lower price products compared to a dollar store but DO NOT LIKE YOUR RUDE MANAGER SUPPOSEDLY REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY!!
