HUGE MISTAKE purchasing my 2023 Rogue from them. After running my credit to many times and lowering my credit score, when I have excellent credit, their finance rate almost doubled from what I was told it would be by salesman Dorian, so he was dishonest. No one gave them permission to put 'Nissan of Queens' lettering on the back of my vehicle which cannot be removed unless I go to a professional. I wont, nor want to advertise for them. Perhaps, they should pay owners to advertise for them, since advertising is not free. Can I go to the dealership and put advertisement on their property? My brother noticed when I brought my car home that the trunk liftgate is not aligned properly, so now I need to make a trip to a service center, and not this dealership's service center, since I was informed by a few people not to go there.
To add insult to injury, my vehicle has a disturbing, loud ticking noise. It literally sounds like an old vehicle.
Then, A man comes out of the dealership with a razor blade, A RAZOR BLADE to remove the lettering and tells me he won't be responsible if they scratch my paint. THE AUDACITY!!!
Lastly, The Manager who was there this past Saturday (Paul) wouldn't give me 2 minutes to explain my situation or explain why I was unhappy, he kept rushing me, cutting me off and attempted to walk away. I agree with the many bad reviews about this dealership (check other sites for their bad reviews) This dealership is full of Liars and very unprofessional people.

Update: 7/312023, Their advertisement lettering cannot be removed without damaging the paint as per a very reputable body shop I have dealt with for years, yet Nissan states they will take it off with a razor and if they damage the paint, they will fix it. I should have a new vehicle touched up and repainted? ABSOLUTELY NOT! They had no right to put advertisement on MY PURCHASED VEHICLE. I also called two other Nissan dealership and they dont put unremovable advertisement on purchased vehicles, and they both stated I never should have been sold a defective vehicle.
Also, the liftgate cannot be adjusted, it's a manufacturer defect, and if Nissan thinks they are going to attempt to fix it, by taking my car apart, they are delusional. Won't happen!
I guess I will be heading to Court. Stay clear of this dealership!

Update 8/2/2023: called the dealership and asked for the name of upper management and/or the owners name, and was denied. The nasty woman on the phone wouldn't give me her name as well. It's unbelievable how they treat people. The owner of this dealership should be ashamed of himself for hiding behind the dishonest, unprofessional people he employs at his dealership.
To the owner... This is not over, by far. I've been an advocate my entire life and I guarantee you, I will win this unessary battle you and your employees have created.
You should also be ashamed of yourself, but I'll let KARMA handle that.
PLEASE READ THEIR REVIEWS ON YELP AND OTHER SITES BEFORE HEADING TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE NIGHTMARE YOU WILL ENDURE!
1.9 RATING ON YELP.
We should start a class action lawsuit.

8/8/23: Spoke with their Executive Team member at their Corporate Office and she was useless as well.

Nissan is a despicable company! They scam people, they lie, and they will regret selling me a defective vehicle.

Anyone willing to start a class action lawsuit?
I will be starting an Online Petition and will update with the link.

PLEASE SEE THEIR REVIEWS ON YELP & see the BBB for the thousands of complaints.
