Original Comment Greetings! You know, we are almost wired to waste little to no time complaining when things aren't right. However, we hesitate, and in so many cases--neglect to congratulate when things are done right. I would like to spotlight the hard work, dedication and customer service of store # 3177, and in particular, Store Manager, James Rooker. I saw him work hard even when he was scheduled off, and he is always knowledgeable, professional, cordial and extremely consistent with those attributes mentioned. I truly believe that his leadership has had a direct influence on the staff there. It's because of that kind of ethic I only use your store out of a number of stores in our county. James Rooker and I are unacquainted, other than store transactions, but I felt compelled to let you know that you are represented well. He deserves to hear that someone notices and has the gumption to let it be known on a corporate level.
