Baskin Robbins at 51 West 116th St. NYC closes at 9 pm. On Sat. 10/28/23 at 6:50 pm the personnel that makes milkshakes said he was closed at 6:50 pm because he was cleaning. Do the personnel at that store make their own hours of business? When I told him most businesses clean a half hour or hour before closing he threatened to telephone the police. <br /> cc: BBB
